Late Policy
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, a $5 late fee will be charged at checkout. Please note that I will ask to reschedule if the quality of your service will be significantly hindered by the lack of time provided.
The same goes for me; if am running more than 5 minutes late, I will happily discount your service by $5.
Product Returns
I will not accept returns of any opened product - used or not used.
No Show Policy
If you do not show up to your appointment, I will not accept any future appointments from you.
I would be happy to discuss the circumstances of your absence with you. If at that time, I accept a new appointment from you, you will be charged a no show fee of 50% of the service you missed.
Refusal of Service
I reserve the right to refuse any service at any time to anyone.
If the circumstances require me to stop the service and refuse to continue, you will be charged the entirety of the service and I will not accept any future appointments from you.
Cancellation or Reschedule Policy
I ask that you give me 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you request to do so with less than 12 hours notice, I will ask for a card to be kept on file and you will be charged 25% of your missed service. I will be happy to reschedule you to a more convenient time.
